nobody loves me

Jarrod is mad at me for helping my sister sell stuff on amazon because she didn’t offer to give us part of the cut and she’s not a nice person to me. He’s also mad at me that Fernando and I are not going after this business thing right away. Nobody loves me right now.
I look in Daily Journal for the law jobs and the fuckers are still listing ENTRY level jobs I applied to.. what the hell? I have a great resume.. I’ve had it cross-sectioned and dissected by career services, friends, and judges.. so what the hell?
Sigh.

We still love you. And the stupid fuckheads don’t know what they’re missing out on. They’d be stupid not to hire you. Oh, and Jarrod’s madness is born out of love, rather obviously, but he should take the hint and know that you don’t need the extra ass-kicking right now. I don’t know him, but I will use my standard significant other is being a total dork phrase: the big goober.

Are you sure that those listings are for real jobs? When I was job hunting, there were a bunch of jobs that kept on appearing every week. I eventually found out that they were “dummy” postings by firms that wanted to collect names for future job openings, or temp agencies, or resume services, or… The jobs didn’t really exist at all.

Asses. I went through that spell too. I got to the final interview with one of them (that they really needed to fill!) and then they said no thanks. Three months later, they still had the ad up. Asses.
Maybe your resume is too good and they are worried that you would cost too much money, or that you would be pushing their V.P. out of his seat by the end of the month.
