Rain

Today was a miserable day, weather-wise. It started early in the morning and made our day of car-toting that much worse. First we took Jarrod’s new car in to get the alarm installed, then we came back and changed cars so he could bring his Jetta to Al & Ed’s to get the radio switched out and put the stock one back in. Then we ate lunch and the jetta was ready, we brought it home and I passed out on the couch (I had very little sleep the night before). Later we went to pick up the scion and it was ready, but they didn’t fix the seat like he had asked. So they ordered the part and we’ll have to get it done when the part comes in, some time after Tuesday.

All of this in the rain – flooding rain. It was ok though. I took a looong nap when we got home again and now, of course, I’m wide awake at 3 30 in the morning. Go me!

The plan for tomorrow is to return the Jetta. The lease is up, the radio is switched out, so it’s a go to return it. And to sleep a lot. Yes.

As for feelings and stuff, i’m just not into it today. The only thing I could say is Jarrod and I went to Johnny Rockets for lunch – and while there, I just felt this warm, squishy feeling of happiness. Just for a little while, but it was really nice.
