Tuesday? Are you kidding?

Just verified the dates of the bar and my hotel accomodations. It’s Tuesday. This upcoming Tuesday. After waiting so long to for these days to get here, they are finally here. I feel far more ready than I did last time, but I have a lot left I want to do. I also have an interview tomorrow with my job’s parent company in order to get another part-time job to fill the void until January. I touched up my resume and now i just need to get my suit and makeup together for tomorrow.

Just what I need – more stress before this exam. I guess it gets it out of the way, though.

Derek (Slart to those who know him as that) flies in on the 30th – the day after the bar. I’m expecting Jarrod to get a few final things we need around the house (dry clean the blankets, clean the fridge from where he spilled some coke) but otherwise the place looks damn good. He’s done a lot around here and it shows. I’m lookign forward to seeing Derek, it should be fun I’m going to take lots of pics of us having fun in Southern California.

Anyway, I better get dinner together and then work on some essays. Just wanted to update people on how I am feeling. And by the way – my experience at JFK airport was so horrible, I can’t even put it into words. I’m just going to follow my mentor John Rodriguez’s advice and be a duck – and let it roooolll off my back.
