What a strange concept, and I’m not even sure they would be good, (they supposedly taste like rhubarb) but here they are.. beautiful Wild Hibiscus in Syrup.

Hi Keiri,

I represent the Wild Hibiscus Flowers in Syrup in the US, and I just read this post. Would you like to try some? If so, email me an address and I’ll send you a sample. The edible flower has a natural raspberry-like taste, and when you add it to champagne or sparkling wine, you can vary the flavor of the cocktail from rhubarb to a berry/raspberry depending on how much of the Hibiscus syrup you add. (The flowers come in a syrup of cane sugar and water.)
Best, Alison
